Most wedding jobs are quoted rather than booked online, because the price depends on the venue, the access and how much of it you want us to run. Every item on the site shows its day rate including GST so you can build a realistic budget before you speak to anyone.
An LED floor changes a reception room more than anything else you can hire — available in 3x3m, 4x4m and 5x5m. Photo booths come with an assistant who sets up, stays and packs down, so nobody in the wedding party is assembling anything.
Uplighting around the walls is the cheapest way to transform a venue. Our battery uplights need no power run, which matters in heritage rooms and marquees where there is nowhere to hide a cable.
Speeches need a wireless microphone that works from anywhere in the room. The dance floor needs more than the ceremony did — plan for both, and add a subwoofer if there is dancing.
Dry ice gives you the cloud-on-the-floor effect for a first dance. Sparklers for the entrance, confetti for the cake. All need clearance from the venue, so ask early.
