When you request a quote: your name, email, phone number, event date, venue and what you are after. When you hold a trade account: your email, company name and a password. When you make a booking: the equipment, dates and amount paid.
We do not collect or store card numbers. Payments are processed by Stripe, and card details go directly to them.
To quote for your event, fulfil hires, apply trade pricing, and meet our record keeping obligations. We do not sell it, and we do not share it except with suppliers we need to involve in delivering your event.
In a Supabase-hosted database. Passwords are hashed and cannot be read by us. Access is restricted so an account can only see its own records.
Booking and transaction records are kept for five years, as Australian tax law requires. Quote requests that do not become bookings are kept for two years. Account details are kept while the account is open.
Sign in and use Close this account on the trade page, or email us. Your login and personal details are removed. Booking records remain for the retention period above with your name and contact details stripped out, because we are required to keep the transaction record itself.

If a data breach occurs that is likely to cause serious harm, we will notify affected people and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, as the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme requires.
