This year sees Byron Bay expats ENGINE THREE SEVEN headline the event, breaking their 6 month hiatus, while also launching their new single. BELLUSIRA are having a big year which has seen them release ‘Culprit’, their most popular single yet, a music video to go with it, and their highly anticipated debut album is in the works. THE KHYBER BELT are on fire at the moment, having already supported Evanescence nationally, The Butterfly Effect and Dead Letter Circus this year, they are one band you don’t wanna miss. SUB ATARI KNIVES exploded onto the live scene 6 months ago and have since been the most talked about bands on the local scene. We have been keeping busy over the past couple of weeks recording a few new tracks to add to the re-release of our first EP. Having sold out of our first 500 copies, we will be re-pressing the 5 original tracks from the World in Decay EP with an added 3 tracks.
Tracking of all instruments has been finished and we will be completing vocals in the coming weeks.

Some of you may have seen our new tracks at our last gig at the Espy (28th April). They all seem to be received quite well as there has been plenty of energy from you guys at the shows, which we are all very thankful for.

After meeting through a combined love of heavy powerful rock, ONE soon realized that they also shared the ideal that honest and emotive music has the ability to unify the individual and give meaning to a world that seems to subjugate those that don’t follow the norm.

With varied social and cultural upbringings, ONE knows that no matter who you are or where you’re from, music can be the one constant in a sometimes disheveled and unforgiving world. ONE aspires to create music that gives the same enjoyment, sonic escape and answers that they craved growing up.

ONE is conscious of, and has experienced firsthand, issues surrounding depression, anxiety, grief and loss. These experiences have been felt both individually and as a collective, and are clearly heard by those who listen to the music.

A common issue felt within the collective of ONE is the hyper saturation and manipulation of the media at large, force feeding the masses a diet of unrealistic, manipulative and damaging messages that provide no answers in an ever seeking world. ONE will change this.

ONE is the only collective who will continue to write their music with honesty and meaning, and will always try to provide answers, and provoke questions to those who listen.

ONE will do this with the intention to inspire individuality in a world that does not and to encourage a collective of people to follow them in their journey.
